We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to inform the damage and request a credit. No refunds, only store credit. All damage must be return to our shipping address, P316 will pay for any return shipment. We cannot send a full credit to any piece that hasn't be return. 

You can contact us at wholesaler@ssjewelry316.com to notify the damage and request the store credit. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you an email with the store credit confirmation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
